Vintage 14K yellow gold ring featuring a large oval cabochon Ethiopian opal, exhibiting color flashes of green, red, and orange. The opal is prong-set in an elevated, openwork multi-prong basket settings, surrounded by a halo of round-cut diamonds. The diamonds are individually prong-set along the perimeter. The ring is marked "14K" inside the band and features a high-profile silhouette with a fan-like support structure. Ring is in good condition. See photos for additional details.
