Framed botanical print depicting the common field poppy. The composition shows the plant with open blossoms, buds, foliage, and seed pods, rendered with botanical detail and naturalistic coloration. The plate is credited at lower margin to John Edwards, del. (artist) and W. Darling, sculp. (engraver). The print is presented with a wide mat and decorative gilt frame. The reverse bears a framing label from Ladybug Craft Shoppe, Royal Oak, Michigan. Print is in good condition. Please see photos for additional details.
