Pair of Russian silver goblets, each finely engraved with foliate and geometric designs accented in black niello. The goblets bear original factory tags from the Makhachkala Art Combine (Dagestan, Russia) indicating a silver standard of 875. Each goblet weighs approximately 158 grams. The pair is housed in a fitted wood presentation case lined in velvet and satin, the lid marked with the insignia of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, suggesting they were issued as an official gift. The set is in good condition with light surface wear consistent with age and storage. Case shows minor handling wear.
