Early 19th-century stipple engraving titled “Shakespeare. As You Like It, Act II, Scene VII – The Seven Ages. Second Age,” after a painting by Robert Smirke and engraved by I. Ogborne. Published by Boydell at the Shakespeare Gallery, Pall Mall. The print retains visible plate marks and is housed in a gilt and black molded frame. The reverse retains a gallery label that attributes the engraving to 1801. Condition shows expected age-toning, scattered foxing, and light discoloration to the margins.
