Early 20th century slag glass table lamp attributed to HABEST Lamp Co., Chicago, Illinois, model no. 430. The lamp features an eight-panel slag glass shade with stenciled and enameled scroll motifs in orange, green, and cream, topped with a cast metal finial. The base is composed of a molded amber glass column with cut-style decoration, resting on an ornate cast metal foot with embossed scrollwork. The dual-socket cluster is marked “Levolier Twi-Life,” and the underside of the base is marked “Habest Lamp Co. Chicago Ill No. 430.” Wiring appears later and in working order. Lamp shows age appropriate wear to the metalwork, minor scratches to the glass and light surface oxidation to the base.
