Pair of brass mortar and pestle sets, each with its own distinct characteristics. The larger mortar features cast handles and central medallion engraved with JHC. Its accompanying pestle displays a ribbed handle and flattened ends, showing age related wear and patina. The second mortar is more conical in form with squared handles and a smooth body, it is stamped near the base with 3B and a small, boxed symbol. It is paired with two pestles, one of which is marked Coricidin. Both pieces are in good condition with age related wear and patina.
