Two-part sculpture by Cree artist Stewart Steinhauer titled ‘Two Souls Touching’. The work consists of an abstract open-form outer sculpture designed to hold a separate seated figure at its center. The main piece is carved with smooth, curved contours and features a circular opening. The removeable inner figure is in a simplified human form and is signed ‘Stewart S’ on the underside. Both pieces are signed as pictured.
