Hand-painted ceramic decorative plate made in Holland featuring intricate floral motifs in a vase at the center, surrounded by a patterned border of flowers and lattice designs. Marked on the back with “Delft 100% Handwerk” and “Holland.” The plate has a scalloped, gold-edged rim and is displayed with metal stand hooks.
