Framed landscape painting depicting a river scene with autumn trees, distant hills, and rocks along the water’s edge. Signed “W.T. Wood” at the lower right. The reverse bears a handwritten label reading “The North Credit River, Ont.”, and a Picture Department label from T. Eaton Co., Canada. The work is housed in a decorative frame with gilt and green-toned accents. The piece shows age related wear to the backing and frame, consistent with period handling.
